Bristol Commissions finally finished!

After endless hours of very enjoyable painting.  The Commissions went up last week.  Here is my favourite one in all its glory.  I called it 'Guarding Clifton's smile.'  Its a big work in acrylic - I like the prints too, much smaller than the original, but definately successful.  I'm only doing 100 of the prints this time.

The other pictures make me smile too.

Here is 'As the crow flies' and Edward's Place (Vic Rooms - Bristol).

The one with the SS GB and Hotwells behind nearly did my head in!  It's a very unusual perspective to say the least.

Ah!  The final piece!  My Grandfather was responsible for putting many of the panes in the windows of this building.  Lovely!
Anyway, there's now 100 prints of each ready to grace the walls of those who love Bristol's buildings.

What shall I do next?  Back to the Batiks I think.  Perhaps I'll do the next series of 3 - 'Fire', to go with the series of 3 on water.  Here are two of them (prints available) 'The water brought the people" was the first one - based on Bath and then came 'Bristol Fashion'.  The third one was finished last week.  It's called 'Promenade' and depicts Clevedon Pier.  All of the above slightly abstract!

Looking forward to the launch of my website - VERY SOON!  Plus of course my next exhibition in May - must call Tiffin on the Seafront at Clevedon to get the date sorted!
